Membership and Term: three persons with one person appointed annually for a three year term

 Purpose: To oversee the operation and maintenance of the physical building and property.

 Responsibilities:

a)     To be responsible for maintenance of the church property such as lawn mowing, flower beds, and snow removal.

b)     To be responsible for repairs and renovations.

c)     To recommend a budget for upgrade, repairs and maintenance

d)     To annually review building, fire and safety codes.

e)     To develop and maintain lists of equipment.
