Membership and term: one person appointed for a three year term Purpose: To maintain all financial and legal records of the congregation and to receive and disperse all funds. Responsibilities: a) To serve as a member of Stewardship and Finance Committee. b) To serve as a member of Church Council. c) To handle all financial receipts and disbursements. d) To issue monthly offering reports and weekly summary for bulletin. e) To keep a confidential record of all individual givings and issue official income tax receipts. f) To issue statements of individual givings by the end of July. g) To be aware of current governmental requirements for charitable organizations.
