Membership and Term: three persons with one persons appointed every year for a three year term plus pastor Purpose: To discern the gifts and abilities of persons within the congregation in order to call them to meaningful service. Responsibilities: a) To assist and affirm persons in the process of identifying and developing their gifts. b) To offer direction in utilizing such gifts appropriately for the benefit of theentire congregation. c) To be responsible to see that all assignments in the congregation are adequately filled. d) To offer direction and encouragement to individuals and committees in fulfilling their tasks. e) To review and update job descriptions Accountability: Church Council |
