Librarians

Membership and Term: two persons with one person appointed annually for a two year term

Purpose: To provide and maintain a relevant resource of educational and inspirational materials.

Responsibilities:

a)     To purchase, file and index books and videos in the Church Library.

b)     To monitor circulation of books (put cards in returned books and return to proper place in library).

c)     To periodically introduce books and other library resources to the congregation.

d)     To offer suggestions for videos in the Video Exchange Library and make sure videos from this exchange library are circulated as to agreed schedule with the other churches.

e)     To maintain an audio library of pre-recorded worship services.
