Membership and Term: one person appointed for a two year term

Purpose: To preserve an easily accessible record of our congregational history and act as representative for the Canadian Mennonite Magazine

Responsibilities:

a)     To collect and preserve significant records.

b)     To promote an appreciation for the congregation‘s past.

c)     To provide leadership in planning for congregational anniversary celebrations.

d)     To encourage and promote the reading of the Canadian Mennonite.

e)     To report special congregational events to the Reporter and inform the congregation of the same.

f)     To pass on concerns or clarifications to the editor.
